Privacy commitment for the mobile app

ECGE Conseil only collects data when it is necessary for the client to use our platform for a specific and precise purpose.

Nature of data and purpose of processing
EClairaGE is an expense management solution and we are therefore likely to come into contact with some of our users’ personal data. ECGE Conseil therefore collects identification data relating to a person (e.g. surname and first name for identification purposes), as well as data relating to his/her professional life (e.g. travel or receipt data). We restrict ourselves to data that is strictly necessary for the proper use of EClairaGE. Each piece of data is collected, recorded, consulted, extracted, modified, deleted or stored for a specific and clearly defined purpose.

Localisation and storage of data
Customer data is hosted and stored by OVHCloud on platforms located in France. As a result, no data is transferred outside France. All our support is based in Paris (France).
Data processing during support operations therefore remains in France.
Data is kept by ECGE Conseil for the duration of the activation of the user’s account, and until a period deemed necessary after the account has been closed, from receipt of the customer’s request or from the end of the contractual relationship; this period is between 3 and 10 years, depending on the nature of the data concerned, the conditions under which it was collected and the contractual relationship established with the user.

Implementation of the security policy
Every member of the ECGE Conseil team is aware of the importance of security and the protection of our users’ personal data. Every piece of data can only be accessed by the declaring user, and depending on the configuration of the company, by its manager(s), payroll team, accounting team, management control, internal audit, depending on the wishes of the client company.

Respect for your rights
ECGE Conseil is committed to respecting the rights granted to individuals by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in particular the right to be forgotten and the right to data portability.
